Not-For-Profit Review

Review vs. Audit: CFC Changes Save Charities Thousands of Dollars

Federal regulatory changes now allow certain Not-for-Profit organizations to list in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) without having an Audit. This change saves charities thousands of dollars. Instead of paying for an audit, charities with total annual revenue reported on the Form 990 of between $100,000 and $250,000 need only submit a financial review conducted by an Independent CPA Firm.

To meet these charities needs, Maze & Associates offers an online review process. No on site meetings with our auditors are necessary. Our streamlined financial review process meets all CFC eligibility criteria and provides confidence to your donors that their dollars are managed correctly.

If your charity is a member of Independent Charities of America (ICA), Local Independent Charities of America or an ICA member federation, you will receive our review services at a significantly discounted rate.
