Some of the information in this Alert contradicts what you heard from Amy in the Single Audit 2021 presentation and others previously, because the group that authored this Alert received additional clarification from the State on the topic, which is why we wanted to share it with you ASAP. The biggest change is that there is no accounting difference between entities that are considered entitlement cities vs non-entitlement units.
